About me

My professional career has led me to undertake leadership roles in India as the Director India Desk at Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce, Head of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and a Principal Consultant at the European Business and Technology Centre. Over the past seven years, I have engaged with numerous businesses from Europe and India, collaborated with key industry organisations, and spearheaded impactful business initiatives, programmes, and events. In 2021, my contributions were recognised when the Europe India Centre for Business and Industry honoured me as one of the Top under 40 Europe-India Leaders, instrumental in shaping the future of EU-India relations.

Since 2022, I proudly act as the President of WICCI's India-EU Business Council, a dedicated platform for female professionals within the India-EU business corridor, under the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. My leadership within this forum is dedicated to fostering connections, championing women's empowerment, and facilitating growth within the India-EU business landscape.

Actively participating in discussions on Poland-India and Europe-India business opportunities, I contribute to prestigious events as a speaker and expert including the Economic Times Global Business Summit, Vibrant Gujarat, Bengaluru Tech Summit, European Economic Congress, and the Europe India Leaders Conference at the European Parliament. Additionally, I am a regular attendee at major trade exhibitions in India.

Beyond my professional engagements, I am an Indologist, holding two Master's degrees in Indian Studies and Eurasian Studies from the University of Warsaw, along with two Bachelor's degrees. My academic journey includes doctoral studies in Social Sciences, focusing on India, as well as international studies in Nepal, India, and Thailand. Fluent in Polish, English, French, Hindi, and proficient in Urdu, I bring a rich and diverse skill set to business collaborations.

2018-2021

Head of Polish Investment and Trade Agency in India

In my capacity as the Head of the newly established governmental office in India, I played a central role in strengthening economic ties between Poland and India. My responsibilities included advising numerous Polish companies on Indian market, facilitating B2B meetings, organizing business delegations and conferences, and overseeing the setup of Polish pavilions during major industry events. I also fostered partnerships with business institutions, promoted Polish export products, and projected a positive image of Poland, aiming to attract potential investors from India through active participation in industry events.

2021-2023

Principal Consultant at the

European Business and Technology Centre

While with a private not-for-profit project advisory company in New Delhi, I led the management of the Internationalisation Programme. This initiative aimed at connecting European green tech companies with sustainable projects and investment opportunities in India. I also fostered partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including chambers of commerce, trade agencies, and law and consulting firms.

2022-2023

Expert for the EU project 'Policy Dialogue Support Facility India', Particip GmbH

As a freelance consultant, I supported the organization of EU business events in India including the official visit of the EU's Commissioner for Energy to Chennai and the delegation of European high-performance computing experts in Pune. My responsibilities extended to efficiently managing logistical and operational tasks while seamlessly coordinating with key partners, such as Delegation of the European Union to India.

2022-Present

President of Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) India-EU Business Council

I established the first networking platform for women in the India-EU business corridor, with the aim of advancing gender equity and women’s leadership. Under my guidance, the Council, which now has over sixty members, has evolved into a dynamic community of professionals supporting the relations between European Union countries and India, dedicated to amplifying women's voices and influence in the business world.

As the Director of the India Desk at IPCCI, I leverage my profound understanding of the Indian business landscape, a strong network in both Poland and India, and extensive professional experience to facilitate and enhance the relationships between businesses from both countries. IPCCI serves as the primary organization for Indian and Polish businesses seeking cross-country investments.
