About me

Based in India for over a decade, I am an Indologist, cross-cultural business advisor, and consultant working at the intersection of business, international cooperation, and public diplomacy between Europe and India. Fluent in Hindi, I combine academic expertise in South Asia with hands-on experience supporting businesses, institutions, and organisations in navigating the Indian market and building cross-border partnerships. I hold two Master’s degrees in Indian Studies and Eurasian Studies from the University of Warsaw and have also studied and conducted research in Nepal, India, and Thailand.

I currently serve as Director of the India Desk at the Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as President of WICCI’s India-EU Business Council. Previously, I headed the Polish Investment and Trade Agency office in India, worked as Principal Consultant at the European Business and Technology Centre in New Delhi, and supported EU-funded initiatives in India as an independent consultant.

My professional experience spans government trade promotion, chamber work, European Union-funded projects, advisory roles, and analytical work focused on India. Over the years, I have worked with public institutions, chambers of commerce, European companies, and international partners on market entry, stakeholder engagement, business delegations, policy dialogue, and strategic communication. In addition to Polish, I work in English and French, and I regularly contribute to discussions on India-Europe relations, business cooperation, women’s leadership, and international partnerships through publications, events, and public speaking.

My work at the intersection of Europe-India relations, business, and international cooperation has been recognised through distinctions including the Europe India Centre for Business and Industry’s Top under 40 Europe-India Leaders recognition, the HerRising Top 10 Women Leaders Award by HerKey, and the Phenomenal She Award by the Indian National Bar Association.

2018 – 2021
Head of Office — Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH)
Established and managed PAIH’s first office in India. Led its strategy and operations, advised Polish companies on the Indian market, and coordinated business delegations, trade missions, conferences and the Poland–India Business Forum.
2021 – 2023
Principal Consultant — European Business and Technology Centre (EBTC)
Designed and coordinated international partnership initiatives under EU-funded cooperation programmes. Managed relationships with institutions and private-sector partners, and organised conferences, workshops, policy dialogues and business matchmaking.
2022 – 2023
Independent Consultant / Non-Key Expert — Particip GmbH (EU Policy Dialogue Support Facility India)
Delivered two short-term assignments for the EU-funded facility: supported the European Commissioner for Energy’s visit to Chennai and coordinated a European expert delegation’s visit to Pune on high-performance computing.

Expert — Boym Institute Think Tank
Conducted research and prepared analytical reports and policy-oriented publications on India. Co-authored the Best Practices Guide: Women in Public Debate and contributed work on EU–India relations, public diplomacy and soft power.

Independent Consultant / Non-Key Expert — EPRD Office for Economic Policy and Regional Development (Public and Cultural Diplomacy in India)
Supported the EU-funded Relaunch: Public and Cultural Diplomacy in India project through the EU–India Young Leaders Exchange Programme. Developed selection criteria and outreach, coordinated an open call and the review of 400 applications, and organised policy labs and programme activities.

President — Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), India-EU Business Council
Founded and lead the Council, connecting more than 70 experts and stakeholders across Europe and India. Develop expert dialogues, publications and the Council’s mentorship programme to advance cross-border cooperation and women’s leadership.

Lead strategic partnerships and institutional cooperation between Polish and Indian stakeholders. Coordinate high-level meetings, expert dialogues and business events, and represent the Chamber at policy and industry events.
